We review your store, products, current marketing infrastructure, growth opportunities, and readiness for a performance-based partnership.

We don't simply provide recommendations and walk away. Under our performance partnership, we implement the agreed Growth Marketing System, optimize your store, and work toward measurable business growth.

The commission percentage applies only to the agreed revenue basis from completed sales, as defined in the partnership agreement.
Commission is calculated on qualifying completed sales, not simply website visits, leads, abandoned carts, or traffic.
Before implementation begins, both parties agree in writing on the revenue basis, commission percentage, tracking method, payment schedule, partnership period, and other relevant terms.
Sales performance should be tracked using mutually agreed store analytics, e-commerce reporting, payment records, or other appropriate tracking systems.
Refunded, cancelled, reversed, or otherwise excluded transactions should be handled according to the terms agreed in the partnership agreement.
Performance-based does not mean all business expenses are free. The client remains responsible for approved third-party costs such as paid apps, software, advertising budgets, premium plugins, development requirements, or other external services where applicable.
Performance-based partnership means our compensation is connected to agreed business performance. It does not guarantee a specific level of revenue or profit. Results depend on factors including the store, products, pricing, market demand, operations, traffic, customer experience, and execution.
